First, login to Cinema8 and go to Creative Studio and configuring your profile & account. (How can I login?)

Creative Studio

Click on your account name in the upper right corner.

Click Creative Studio from the opened options. Creative Studio will open in a new tab. 

You can create a new interactive video project in Creative Studio. In addition, you can upload your media, video, image and audio to your library and use them in your projects.

Account

Click on your account name in the upper right corner.

When you click the Account option, you can go to your account.

Dashboard

You will be directed to the page where you can access your account information. On this page, you can see your license type, the total number of interactive video projects, and the amount you pay for the license type. If you want to see other license types, click the License tab from the tabs in this area.

You can go to Creative Studio with the Creative Studio button located here.

Account

You can see your account information in this field and you can change your name and surname at any time. You can save your changes by clicking the Save button.

Password

You can make your password changes from this field. Click here for detailed information about the password change process.

License

In this field, you can see your license type, order number, status, payment information, payment date, and license expiration date. You can also perform operations such as upgrading the license type, downgrading the license, or completely deleting the license.

Logout

Click on your account name in the upper right corner.

In this field, you can see your license type, order number, status, payment information, payment date, and license expiration date. You can also perform operations such as upgrading the license type, downgrading the license, or completely deleting the license.

Upgrade & Downgrade License

Click Change Plan on the right to change your license.

When you enter the pricing page, you can examine all license types. On this page, you can upgrade, downgrade or switch to a different license type.
